Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are paying for

Hard Truth (operated by Berries Financial Advisory Services) sells access to an AI advisory product on a subscription basis (Explorer, Founder, Syndicate) and, where offered, one-time question packs. You can try the product with 3 free questions before any payment.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing amit.tyagi@berriesadvisory.com.
  • On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; it is not renewed thereafter.
  • One-time question packs cannot be cancelled once the questions have been consumed.

3. Refunds

  • Digital service: because answers are delivered instantly and consume AI compute, payments are generally non-refundable once questions have been used.
  • Unused subscriptions: if you were charged in error or have not used any questions in the current period, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will review a full or pro-rated refund in good faith.
  • Duplicate / failed charges: any duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

4. How to request a refund

Email amit.tyagi@berriesadvisory.com with your registered email, the payment ID (from your Razorpay receipt), and the reason. We respond within 2 business days.
