Hard Truth, operated by Berries Financial Advisory Services (brand: Aletheia AI), provides AI-generated answers to startup, investing, exam-prep, and product questions. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Not professional advice

Answers are AI-generated opinions for informational purposes only. They are notlegal, financial, investment, or tax advice. We are not a licensed advisor. Decisions you make based on Hard Truth's output are your own responsibility.

3. Plans, billing & refunds

• The free plan includes 3 questions. Paid plans (Explorer ₹999/mo, Founder ₹2,999/mo, Syndicate ₹9,999/mo) renew monthly.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at amit.tyagi@berriesadvisory.com and we will review refund requests in good faith.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to bypass question limits, authentication, or payment verification.
• Don't use the service to generate unlawful content or resell access without written permission.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

5. Intellectual property

You own the questions you submit. You may use the answers you receive for any lawful purpose. The Hard Truth product, brand, and underlying systems remain our property.

6. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify features, pricing, or these terms; material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
